Casitas at La Mariposa – City of Tucson Submittals
The developers of Casitas at La Mariposa have submitted the following plans to the City of Tucson for review. TVVA is sharing this update to keep residents informed as the City’s review process continues.
TD-DEV-0325-00081 – Recharge Basin (Second Submittal)
This is a revised submittal for the proposed recharge basin. The updated plans respond to City comments on the earlier submission and may include changes to grading, drainage design, basin capacity, landscaping, or other technical requirements. The City is currently reviewing these revisions to determine whether previous concerns have been adequately addressed.
TD-DEV-0126-00004 – Casitas at La Mariposa Community, LLC – Grading Plan (First Submittal)
This is the initial grading plan submittal for the project. It describes how the site would be shaped, including cut and fill areas, drainage patterns, slopes, and erosion control measures. As a first submittal, the plans are under initial City review, and additional comments or revisions are typically expected before the process can move forward.
Public Access and Next Steps
Application status updates are available through the City of Tucson’s permitting portal. The City does not allow public access to full plan documents until they have been accepted or recommended for resubmittal by the Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD).
