1. Plan Tucson Update: The release of the Preliminary Draft of Plan Tucson 2025 has been delayed, and all work sessions and community forums will be rescheduled. Stay tuned for further updates or check their website at https://www.plantucson.org/

2. Pima Prospers, Pima County Comprehensive Plan: There is no information on the update to the 2015 Plan. For more information, see their website Pima Prospers | Pima County, AZ

3. Casita Village at La Mariposa: We have not heard any recent news regarding when this will be heard by City of Tucson Mayor and Council. The next meeting will be on October 22, but the agenda is not yet available.

4. Mister Car Wash at Catalina Highway and Tanque Verde: This was unanimously approved by the City of Tucson Mayor and Council with the condition for a deceleration lane.
